Meet Peter Cook, Realtor
A life on the water, a local perspective.
I grew up in Manhasset, New York, along the North Shore of Long Island. From my teenage years, I always loved boating. Sailing on Long Island Sound is all it took to get me hooked.
I attended Columbia University and then Long Island University, where I received my degree in Physics. After working in engineering in both New York and Connecticut, I decided to start my own company in an area I loved—one with plenty of sunshine, beautiful water, and year-round boating: Pompano Beach, Florida.
I relocated from the Northeast in 1991. With my 27-foot Sea Ray as my test bed, I went on to design, invent, and test several boating devices, receiving three U.S. patents along the way. After many trips to the Florida Keys and the Bahamas, I became a licensed U.S. Coast Guard Captain.
In recent years, I have pursued my passion for real estate. After living in Pompano Beach for more than 30 years, my boating experience and familiarity with the local market give clients the insight needed to select the most suitable property. Whether you are selling your house or searching for a new one, I am dedicated to helping you find the perfect spot to call home.
